AMCO's solution: "I have found a inelegant work around that allows me to continue with the mods I had before they disappeared and mod manager started playing up. nilloc93 has determined that it's an error with Steam Workshop, it isn't actually downloading the mods for some reason. I manually launched ModManager.exe in Program Files and it isn't detecting any mods. I've tried verifying the game cache, restarting Steam and even redownloading the Workshop content I was using. Does anyone know how to get the mod manager to run again? The mod manager has stopped appearing when I launch the game and my mods have become deactivated.
